Dorian Henry has a fascinating and comprehensive website and youtube channel dedicated to, among other things, Ragtime music. Mr. Henry tells me he uses Guitar Pro 6 to create the music heard on the accompanying videos. He has graciously given me the right to link to his reproductions.
The Castle House Rag was composed by James Reese Europe for Vernon and Irene Castle. The sheet music claims that it is a one-step and fox-trot or “trot.”
